I just sold a lovely 900 sq ft condo in Cameo Woods, a condominium complex in Los Angeles CA 90016. The list price was an unbelievable $212,000. The unit has original wood floors, 2 bedrooms, a bath and a half, and a laundry. The kitchen and adjoining dining area are a good size. One very unique feature in this complex is that each condo has its very own one car garage.
A very charming feature is that the complex is wide open with park like grassy areas and 60 year old maple trees. The security to get into the community is really intense if you are a visitor. The guards at the gate require a drivers license, and the unit number that you are visiting.
The complex is right next to Culver City on Jefferson Blvd and Kinston. A very large public park separates Cameo Woods from Culver City. The park has stairs, with varying stair heights. I am hearing alot of outdoorsy athletic people using the park stairs for the gym equivalent of step climbers or elliptical machines.
