Culver City is a great West Los Angeles community, which has its roots as the center of movie making back when they filmed in black and white, or sepia. MGM filmed alot of classic favorites in Culver City, and stored its wild animals in what is now the condominium communities of Raintree and Tara Hill, near the intersection of Overland Ave and Jefferson. Raintree is a beautiful gated community with a lake and fountain, and streets named after MGM films: Cimmaron, Gaslight, Bounty, Showboat, St. Louis, Huck Finn Ln.
Culver City also has condominium communities on and near Green Valley Circle, in Fox Hills. Fox Hills of Culver City is near the major cross streets Centinela and Sepulveda Blvd. Fox Hills Park has well maintained tennis courts, paddle tennis courts, a jogging track, a football field, and a basketball court. Picnic tables throughout the park, make it a great place for the whole family to enjoy.
